Steps to creating a movie your audience will sit through:

• Think of a story. A good story:
  • is simple, so you can tell it in under 5 minutes
  • has a hook or plot twist to catch the audience
  • has action, not just people talking
    
• Divide the movie into scenes. For each, think about:
  • what characters will be in it?
  • what location are they in?
  • what is the mood?
  • what shots will you use?
  • what sounds and special effects will you need?
    
• Now you're ready to start making your movie!!
